If everything is satisfactory, it is recommended to order in bulk to avoid unnecessary losses and troubles.
Below is an explanation of the matters related to ordering samples:

1、I Return conditions: Except for customized equipment such as special large lighting fixtures and consumables such as batteries, all samples confirmed for ordering by both parties can be returned unconditionally.
2、Freight payment: The sample shipping fee will be paid by our company, and the return shipping fee will be paid by the ordering party.
3、Return period: Generally limited to one month (31 days) from receipt. If it exceeds the normal order standard, the sample retention time needs to be extended in case of special circumstances such as bidding, and it must be explained in advance.
4、Note matters: Sample orders generally have a small amount. Considering the possibility of returning samples, our company generally recommends not issuing invoices for orders, otherwise the return may involve cumbersome processes such as invoice scrapping, which may be inconvenient.
5、Other matters: The ordering party must ensure that the product is in good condition, functioning properly, and accessories are complete, without affecting our company's secondary sales as a principle.
