1、Delivery time: The general delivery time is within 1-2 working days after the payment is received, and there is a stock situation that does not exceed 48 hours. If it is a large-scale order or a special need to order products, they will be produced and shipped according to the agreed deadline between both parties.
2、Invoice matters: Generally, except for Sunday and two to three days from the beginning to the end of each month, as the tax system cannot issue invoices during the general ledger period, all other items can be invoiced immediately upon payment. If there are small invoices, it is recommended to accumulate them together. Generally, it is recommended to accumulate at least 500 yuan or more for one invoice.
3、Time limit process: Generally, if the payment is received before 3:30 pm on the same day, it will be processed according to the order on that day
If the payment is received after 3:30 pm, it will be processed as the next day's order.
4、Express logistics: Generally, according to the contract or agreed standards between both parties, small lighting fixtures are sent by express delivery, while large lighting fixtures are sent by related dedicated express logistics. If special circumstances require express delivery by air or other means, please make a note in advance.
5、Transportation time: Due to the special characteristics of most of our company's related products such as batteries and capacitors, most products can only be shipped by land, and can generally arrive within 3-5 working days when shipped domestically.
